Now that you’ve opened a FedEx account, we’d like to help you get started using some of the most powerful and popular features on fedex.com – that can save you time and money, while making shipping a snap.

You can use your account at fedex.com to order supplies, print shipping labels, find FedEx locations, track your shipments, and view your bills.

Use your own box for shipping, or pick up FedEx shipping supplies at any FedEx Office or FedEx Ship Center location. Even better, order FedEx supplies online and we’ll deliver them to you. Just click the “order shipping supplies” button on your fedex.com homepage to get started. You’ll find envelopes, boxes, tubes, and more.

When you are ready to ship, login at fedex.com and select Create a Shipment. After you've entered your recipient’s information, you can save it to your address book to use for a future shipment. You can schedule a pickup or find a nearby FedEx location to drop off your package, even get rates and transit times sorted by delivery date and cost. Then print your label – you're done in just a few clicks.

And once your shipment is on its way, login to fedex.com and select Go to My FedEx. From here, here, you can track your packages, view estimated delivery dates and check status updates.

View your billing details page to see your account summary including credit card billing activity. Manage your account settings and fedex.com profile to update login or contact information.
